Do I have to be a Rogers customer to use the Wireless Box Office?
Yes, this service was built exclusively for Rogers customers.
How much does it cost?
Rogers pays all tickets service charges on tickets purchased on the Wireless Box Office!
Tickets may vary in price depending on the artist or event.
Total charges will appear on your credit card statement as “Live Nation Tickets.” Tickets are priced at face value plus applicable taxes and venue facility fees.
How do I find an event?
There are currently two ways to find and purchase tickets to the events available on the Wireless Box Office. The first is online and the second option is by directly using your mobile device:
Online: Navigate to http://urmusic.ca/tickets for a complete show listing and set it as your homepage to keep up to date on all of the new events. It’s also your best chance to get access to special artist experiences; only when you purchase tickets on the Wireless Box Office.
To find an event on your Rogers Wireless mobile device, simply launch your wireless phone’s mobile internet browser (Rogers Mall), and click Music & Tones and then Wireless Box Office – it’s FREE to browse concerts in the Wireless Box Office.
You can also access the Wireless Box Office on your wireless phone by texting “TICKETS” to 555!
Once in the Wireless Box Office you will be presented with a list of artists currently on tour in Canada. Select the artist you wish to see live and choose the concert location nearest you. Continue to view ticket availability, price, and purchase.
I purchased two tickets, why did I receive only one Mobile Ticket?
After purchasing tickets to an event a single Mobile Ticket will be sent to your wireless phone’s “Messages” area. This Mobile Ticket is worth the total number of tickets purchased and can be scanned up to that total number at the event.
For example: if you purchase 2 tickets, 2 people can gain entry into the event. If a third person attempts to gain entry the ticket will no longer be valid and entry will be denied.
*If you do not receive SMS or MMS confirmation of your tickets purchase, please email wbosupport@livenation.com with the following: Phone number, Phone make and model, and date of purchase.
What do I do with my ticket after purchasing?
You have a few options for saving the Wireless Ticket to your wireless phone, depending on your preference and your phones available functions. Here are just two options:
Message Save Option: In your wireless phone’s “Messages” area click on your ticket and select “Save.” This will save the ticket in your messages until you decide to delete it. To quickly find your saved ticket, go to your Messages, select “Options,” then click “View Saved Messages” and your ticket will appear in the listing of saved messages.
Save To Folder Option: In your wireless phone’s Messages area click on your Mobile Ticket and select “Options.” From the Options menu select “Move to Folder,” this will place your ticket within your Folders area.
Can I purchase tickets with my iPhone?
Yes. At this time iPhone users can purchase tickets either on a PC or directly on the iPhone’s native browser at http://urmusic.ca/tickets. After confirmation of your ticket purchase, the tickets will be delivered to the mobile number entered at the validation page and a link to download the barcode will be sent to your iPhone via SMS text. To produce the bar code, click on the link and allow it to download. Bring this bar code with you the show.
How many tickets can I buy per event? Ticket quantities?
Currently the Wireless Box Office allows you to purchase 1 or 2 ticket(s) per event.
Pin redemption.
How do I redeem a PIN code/coupon on the Wireless Box Office?
After validating your phone number and selecting the amount of tickets you would like to purchase, there will be an area to enter a PIN code. If you have a valid PIN or Coupon code, you will enter it here. The screen will then refresh to display the discount applied by the PIN and you can continue to the payment options screen. If the PIN or Coupon redeemed covers the cost of the ticket, you will skip the payment options page and continue straight to the ticket confirmation screen.
What events are available?
Why can’t I find all concerts in the Wireless Box Office?
Wireless ticketing and the Rogers Wireless Box Office are two new services to Canada and not all venues are equipped to support wireless ticket entry. The concert listings in the Wireless Box Office are limited to select Live Nation concerts and Live Nation Ticket members at venues with wireless ticket access.
The list of available Live Nation concerts within the Wireless Box Office is always changing.
Come back often to see new listings!
Lost or can’t find ticket?
If you’ve lost your wireless ticket and you’re the original purchaser of the ticket(s), you can simply text REPEAT to 4TIX (4849) and your Mobile Ticket will be resent to your wireless phone’s Messages area. If you are not the original purchaser of the ticket, you must ask the original purchaser of the wireless ticket to re-forward the ticket to you.

Where’s my ticket?
Confirming my ticket order?
After successfully purchasing tickets from the Wireless Box Office, your wireless phone will receive 2 messages.
One will be an MMS text message containing your wireless concert ticket.
The second will be a simple SMS text to confirm your order from the Wireless Box Office. Both will appear in your wireless phones “Messages” inbox. Either the SMS or MMS message will work as your ticket at the show.
* If you do not receive SMS or MMS confirmation of your tickets purchase, please email wbosupport@livenation.com with the following: Phone number, Phone make and model, and date of purchase.
How do I use my phone as a ticket?
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No need to print your ticket, simply show up to the event with your Rogers wireless phone.
At the event enter via the Rogers Preferred Ticket entrance. An agent will scan your Mobile Ticket on your wireless phone for entry. A paper ticket may be supplied to you and will contain any additional seating information.
What are Rogers exclusive group of preferred tickets?
Why can’t I choose my seats like other services?
Rogers Wireless Box Office features tickets from our exclusive group of preferred Live Nation Tickets, available on a first come first serve basis for each event.
These tickets are located in prime view areas.
In the event that the venue is a General Admission event, seating is not an issue.
What company will show up on my credit card bill?
Tickets will not be charged to your Rogers Wireless Bill. Furthermore, there are no data charges for Rogers customers to browse and/or purchase tickets in the Rogers Wireless Box Office when accessing through the ‘Rogers Mall’. Standard browsing charges may apply when accessing through the internet browser on your device.
Is there a return policy for tickets?
What happens when a show is cancelled?
There is no return policy for tickets purchased through the Wireless Box Office/urMusic.ca/tickets.
For cancelled events the ticket purchasers will be notified of the event cancellation and a full refund will be issued on the credit card used for the ticket purchase.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Forwarding a ticket?
To forward your Mobile Ticket to a friend or multiple friends, simply locate the Mobile Ticket in your messages area and select forward (if your wireless device offers a list of forwarding options, select MMS.) Input your friend’s wireless phone number and hit send. Your ticket will be sent to your friend’s wireless phone and they will now have access to the event using your Mobile Ticket with or without you.
PLEASE NOTE: Mobile Tickets retain their TOTAL value after forwarding. This means, if you are the original purchaser of a Mobile Ticket worth 2 entries and you send that ticket to a friend, they too have a ticket worth 2 entries. Because of this, we strongly suggest you clearly state the amount of tickets you are allowing that person to use at the event. Ticket entry at every event is on a first come first served basis. We can not guarantee forwarded tickets will be received correctly on other wireless networks or devices.
Are there charges for forwarding a wireless ticket?
Standard MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) rates apply.
Barcode looks strange?
Ticket won’t scan at event?
Mobile Tickets utilize a small square image for scanning at events.
If your ticket won’t scan properly please display the 13 digit back-up number for entry, found on the ticket or the original SMS (text) purchase confirmation.
If you have trouble seeing your wireless ticket correctly or it’s not scanning at the event, your ticket features a back-up barcode number that can also be used to gain access to the event. This 13 digit number will be verified for authenticity and if valid you will gain entry to the event.
What can I bring to a venue? Can I bring cameras, lawn chairs, coolers, backpacks, food/water?
Policies vary by venue. Please call the venue directly for this information as it may change for each show. For instance, items allowed into Ozzfest may be different from items allowed into shows by The Wiggles, so this type of information is added to the individual event pages. Check with the venue or event page to see what is allowed and what is not.
If you have any further questions, please call the venue directly.
Can I bring a camera to a show?
Camera policies vary by venue and by artist. Please call the venue directly for this information as the camera policy may vary from show to show. For instance, Madonna may have a different camera policy than The Wiggles.
I need information about a specific show/event. Where do I find it?
For information about a specific show, please click on that show. Clicking the “Buy Tickets” button next to the show date of your choice will show you the following information:
* Headliner(s) and Opening Act(s)(when available)
* Venue information
* Show Date
* Doors open time / Show start time
* “Buy Tickets” link
* Ticket Price(s) and basic seating map (if applicable)
* Special Notes about the show
* Pre-sale information (if applicable)
Clicking the on the Headliner(s) or Opening Act(s) name will lead you to that Artist's page. The Artist page will show all confirmed upcoming Live Nation events for that artist.
Clicking the "Buy Tickets" link will take you to the official purchase page for that show where you may purchase tickets. Each show will have it's own ticket link.
If you are not able to find an event on our site, most likely the show details have not been officially set by the local promoter.
I can't find the artist, band, show or venue I am looking for. Why not?
Here are some possible reasons:
* No dates: The artist, band or show may have no upcoming performances. The venue may not have any events scheduled.
* Dates are not yet official: Occasionally concert dates and other event information will be published elsewhere before they appear on the site. This site lists events only after they have been officially announced. Once that happens, they are listed on in plenty of time to purchase tickets.
My show was postponed or canceled. What happens now?
We regret any inconvenience caused by the postponement or cancellation of your event. If the show has been rescheduled and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact your point of purchase directly regarding your refund request.
Live Nation Tickets usually automatically credits your account and notifies you by SMS if the show is completely cancelled. You should contact your credit card company to find out when the credit will be applied. If you have a question about the refund, please direct them to wbosupport@livenation.com.
Where can I find a seating map?
Seating maps for all shows can be found on the shows individual page.
Please note that the seating chart displayed on the site is a general map. Please contact the venue to verify the exact set up for the performance in question.
How can I book my band at one of your venues?
Thank you for your interest in booking a show or tour with Live Nation. Unfortunately, our bookers are not accepting unsolicited artists or recordings at this time.
Who is Live Nation?
Live Nation is the future of the music business. With the most live concerts, music venues and festivals in the world and the most comprehensive concert search engine on the web, Live Nation is revolutionizing the music industry: onstage and online. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Live Nation is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, trading under the symbol "LYV."
For further information, please view our Investor Relations site at:
http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=194146&p=irol-irhome.
In what order will the bands play?
Headliners and opening acts are listed on LiveNation.com in the order that is contracted, however line-ups are subject to change without notice. The headliner is listed first, so the bands should play in the reverse order of the listing.
Because of the spontaneous magic that happens during a live show, acts may play for a longer or shorter period of time than usual or they may switch the line up. Usually, for evening shows the opener(s) play for 30-60 minutes and there is a 15-30 minute intermission between acts. For festival shows, set and intermission times may vary. To view the scheduled line up for a show, click the artist name next to the show date of your choice.
Can I exchange or get a refund for my tickets?
All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges once tickets have been reserved unless the events is cancelled or postponed.
What time zone is the on sale time for? In what time zone does the show start?
The on-sale times listed on LiveNation.com are relative to the time zone where the show is to be performed. If you want to purchase tickets for a show outside of that time zone you must adjust the time for your time zone. All sales are scheduled to begin at the time listed relative to the local venue time.
For example, if a show at The Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver goes on sale at 10AM Pacific and you are in Toronto, you will be able to purchase tickets at 1PM Eastern. The same is true for show times.
Why isn't a certain tour coming to my area?
There are many factors that determine the routing of a tour, including artist availability, venue availability and specifications, travel logistics and cost.
How can I send fan mail to my favorite artist?
Live Nation cannot forward fan mail to artists, either via snail mail or e-mail. Please direct your comments to the performer's official web site, fan club or their record label.
Do you have my credit card information? Will I be charged on my credit card?
No. We do not have you credit card information on file.
Is there any possibility of adding a seat or seats to an existing order?
You can add tickets only by submitting a new order. We cannot guarantee that new orders will be located beside original orders. Please note that you cannot change or cancel an existing order. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Why are the seats I originally viewed no longer available?
The seats you attempted to select may have been purchased or reserved by another customer. You can check again after 15 minutes to see if the original seats are available.
Can I purchase tickets to an event that is outside of my local area?
Yes, you can purchase general tickets to any event ticketed by Live Nation taking place in Canada.
